Shipping policy

  • Midwest Used Fitness Equipment guarantees that your items will ship within 5-7 business days or upon receipt of payment. We can ship anywhere in the United States and Internationally (at the buyers expense). Most items are shipped fully assembled (unless otherwise discussed or noted). All items are strapped to wood pallets and shrink-wrapped.

    • We have a dock-high pickup at our warehouse.

    • Local delivery to your garage within 40 miles of 64150 for $50.

    Can't make it to us and want a shipping quote? No worries, we will get you a great shipping rate. Customers are welcome to facilitate and supply their own carrier services as well.

    We can ship to your business or home. We will need to know the zip code, whether it is a residential or business delivery, and if you will require the truck to have a lift gate upon delivery to lower the equipment to your curb.

    Domestic Customers:

    Shipments are typically sent via a common carrier freight service. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. Expedited shipping is available if agreed upon before the end of the auction. A valid, physical address and phone number is required for all orders. If you are interested in purchasing multiple items, please let us know so we can get a combined lower rate to ship the pieces to you. Your freight quote does not include inside delivery unless specified (if you would like inside delivery, we can arrange as well - just call us to get a price at 816-719-0804).

    If you need to coordinate your delivery, and we have already shipped it, we encourage you to contact the shipping company directly prior to drop off. Delivery dates for shipping companies are generally on the weekdays (unless otherwise agreed upon between the purchaser and the shipping company). If the purchaser asks for any special or extra requests or services by the shipper that was not discussed prior to shipment, all fees will be paid by the purchaser.

    Shipping Damage

    Midwest Used Fitness Equipment will not be held responsible for any damage incurred during shipping of your order with an outside carrier. If any freight damage occurs, the recipient is responsible for noting all freight damage on the Bill of Lading with the carrier at the time of delivery. If freight has obvious damage, the product should be refused and not accepted. We are not responsible for the outcome of any possible freight damage claims.

    International Customers:

    Please keep in mind that all out-of-country customers will be charged customs fees. We are not responsible for those fees. We are more than happy to help you get your products to the any port of your choosing.

    Return Policy:

    Great customer service is our goal. All refunds or exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of receiving machine (return shipping will be paid by the buyer). Please be sure to give us a call with any issues, as we are more than willing to help you get any part or service you may need prior to shipping the piece back to us.     If we cannot help fix your issue and you decide to return the product, please be sure it is in the packaging and condition in which you received the item.

    Any returned products that were purchased with free shipping will have the actual shipping cost incurred by Midwest Used Fitness deducted from the refund. We strongly encourage you to obtain a tracking number or proof of shipping receipt, as we will not be liable for returns lost in transit. Returned items will be fully inspected, and a refund will be issued within 10 business days.
