The Precor Experience Series Selectorized Line Triceps Extension delivers smooth, precise motion. An angled pad positions users’ arms for maximum comfort and efficiency and the ratcheting gas-assisted seat adjusts easily and fits a wide range of users.

Designed to appeal to everyone from novices to a club’s strongest members, the 24-piece Precor Discovery Series selectorized line includes four pieces that feature Advanced Movement Design. Advanced Movement Design is a progressive platform that encourages exercisers to challenge their muscles through a wider range of motion. Through core engagement, stabilization, and improved joint range of motion, exercisers build more muscle fibers. The entire Discovery Series is designed to make it simple for novices to get started while delivering experienced exercisers the performance they demand. Color-coded cues, low starting weights, and QR code instructional videos ensure a beginner knows what to do when he or she engages a piece of equipment. The sturdy construction and range of resistance ensures athletes stay challenged and don’t outgrow machines.

A Precor Experience Series Tricep Extension is, and can best be described as follows: A Triceps Extension is a plate-loaded or selectorized piece of fitness equipment designed to work the Triceps Brachii muscles of the upper arm during Strength Training. A Triceps Extension is available in an overhead variation where the user is seated, grasping handles behind the neck, and lifts the weight by fully extending the arms overhead; or in a frontal variation, where the user is seated with arms bent 90 degrees in front of the face, resting on pads and grasping handles, and lifts the weight by pushing down and fully extending the arms.
